OPINION

HOWARD, Judge.

This lawsuit is a result of the crash of a Pan Am 707 cargo jet into Mt. Kamunay while approaching Manila International Airport in the Philippine Islands. The deceased were members of the crew who perished in the crash.

The parties stipulated that the trial was to be held in Pima County, that Colorado law governed liability and that Arizona law governed as to damages. The case was tried to a jury which returned a unanimous verdict...
