Appellee was discharged from his employment on March 15, 1975. On March 26, 1975, appellee filed a claim for unemployment benefits which was subsequently denied by the administrator and the Board of Review. The Board's decision was reversed by the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas, who ordered that the claim be allowed.
