This litigation was spawned by the indictment of seven manufacturers, a corporation that manages trade associations, and eleven of their present and former officers for conspiracy to fix prices of electrical wiring devices,1 in violation of the federal antitrust laws. A companion civil action brought by the Government names the eight indicted corporations and one indicted individual as defendants...
