OPINION
HAIRE, Presiding Judge.
In the trial court, appellant was sentenced to a term in the Arizona State Prison of not less than ten nor more than eleven years, based upon his conviction on a charge of possession of heroin in violation of A.R.S. § 36-1002, with a prior felony conviction.
