Tommy McDougle appeals from a conviction of murder and life sentence by the Circuit Court of Nashoba County.

On September 4, 1976, Theodore Lyons and Tommy McDougle were playing a card game called "tunk" in a booth of the Kick-Off Club in Neshoba County.
