This civil rights action, which seeks both monetary damages and injunctive relief, is brought under 42 U.S.C.A. §§ 1983, 1985, and the equal protection clause of the Fourteenth Amendment of the United States Constitution. Jurisdiction is invoked under 28 U.S.C.A. §§ 1331 and 1343,1 and the amount-in-controversy, exclusive of interest and costs, allegedly exceeds $10,000. Now...
