This cause is before the Court on the motion of James E. Stephens, a federal parolee, to vacate his judgment of conviction and sentence pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255 (1970). On June 10, 1972, a jury sitting in Orlando, Florida, found Stephens guilty of conspiracy to import, importation and possession of marijuana.
