This is an action for monetary, injunctive, and declaratory relief. Plaintiffs, inmates at the Federal Correctional Institution at Oxford, Wisconsin (FCI-Oxford), contend that defendants have interfered in various ways with the constitutional rights of access to the courts belonging to plaintiffs and other inmates.
