Snyder Consolidated Independent School District and Scurry County sued Jerry Don Stephens d/b/a Bost Construction and Demolition Company and its surety, Balboa Insurance Company, on its performance and payment bond for damages for Stephens' failure to complete a demolition contract with Snyder School District.
