This is a suit by Local 241 of the International Federation of Professional and Technical Engineers (Union) to review a labor arbitrator's award, which denied a grievance filed by the Union on behalf of five of its members. Jurisdiction of the Court is based on § 301(a) of the Labor Management Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. § 185(a).
