The appellant Paul Norman was convicted upon his guilty plea of murder in the second degree. The victim of the murder was his wife. Appellant contends on appeal that he was not adequately advised of the nature of the offense to which he was pleading and that his plea was therefore not voluntarily and intelligently entered.
