This action is brought under Section 205(g) of the Social Security Act, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) to review a final decision of the Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare disallowing plaintiff's application for disability insurance benefits and for establishment of a period of disability under 42 U.S.C. §§ 416(i) and 423.
