JOSEPH, Judge.

In this filiation proceeding defendant appeals from the court's order allowing him only $500 for his attorney's fee. The jury had found that he was not the father of the child. He filed a cost bill claiming entitlement to $1,750 attorney's fee. After a hearing on the plaintiff's objections to the cost bill, the court entered an order, which in relevant part read:

"* * * [T]he parties represented to the Court that they had agreed as follows...
