This is a will contest. Decedent, Alice E. Kyle, executed a will on March 14, 1972. She died on November 5, 1974. After the will was admitted to probate in the probate court of Tarrant County, Jessie McIntyre (appellant herein) brought contest wherein she alleged that decedent lacked testamentary capacity to execute the will.
