POLLACK, District Judge.

Defendant has been indicted, tried and convicted by a Jury of having committed Perjury before a Grand Jury sitting in this District. He now moves pursuant to Rule 34, Fed.R.Crim.P. to arrest judgment and dismiss the indictment on the contention that this Court was without jurisdiction over the crime; that the Grand Jury of the Eastern District of New York was the only body having jurisdiction to investigate the incidents...
