Plaintiff brings this action against Dean Witter & Co., two of its employees, and Thomas S. Rhoades and Linton D. Kingsbury. He alleges that in August 1976 he turned over to Witter some $66,000 to be used for trading in commodity futures contracts for plaintiff's account.
