This action has been brought by a former employee of the Birmingham Board of Education who has asserted that his contract was improperly terminated by the Birmingham Board of Education. This Court has jurisdiction over this matter pursuant to Title 42 U.S.C. § 1983, Title 28 U.S.C. § 1331 and § 1343 and the First and Fourteenth Amendments to the United States Constitution.
