This is a patent case which is before us on the motion for summary judgment of defendant American Telephone & Telegraph Company (AT&T). AT&T's motion is based upon its contention that a prior adjudication in another lawsuit operates as a matter of law to preclude plaintiffs Edward Molinaro and Anthony Catanzaro from asserting their claims in this action.
