This action arises from the failure of Defendants L-P Gas Equipment, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as L. P. Gas Equipment) and Otis Milford Scroggins, Jr., a/k/a Mel Scroggins, to remit to Plaintiff proceeds from the sale of several large propane storage tanks.
