Plaintiff judgment creditor appeals from a final order entered in proceedings taken pursuant to ORS 23.280 discharging plaintiff's judgment lien against defendants' real property.1

On July 17, 1970, plaintiff obtained a judgment against defendants, Daniel and Claudine Jones, "and each of them," for $4,182.65 plus costs, which judgment was duly entered in the judgment docket...
