Petitioner pro se, Malik Allah, has filed in this Court a habeas corpus petition under 28 U.S.C. § 2254 (1977). Malik Allah was indicted in Supreme Court, Queens County, for the May 13, 1973 murder of Father John P. Conlin and the robbery of the Church of Saint Bonaventure.
