MEMORANDUM

DENNEY, District Judge.

Sharon L. Bryant has filed this suit to obtain redress for alleged violations of the Motor Vehicle Information and Cost Savings Act. Statutory damages, costs, and attorney's fees are sought under 15 U.S. C.A. § 1981 et seq. (1974). Bryant specifically alleges violations of §§ 1984, 1985, 1986 and 1988(b).
