In its amended petition plaintiff alleged the following: That it is a corporation doing business in Nebraska and that defendant is a resident of Douglas County, Nebraska; that plaintiff had filed a previous action in the District Court for Douglas County, Docket 675, No. 287; that the District Court had entered a judgment in that action prohibiting the officers...
