BOSLAUGH, Justice.

The defendant, Jeffrey Kohout, was convicted of unlawful possession of amphetamines and sentenced to 1 years probation which included 30 days imprisonment in the county jail. He has appealed and contends the trial court erred in overruling his motion to suppress evidence which was seized during a search of the residence where he lived.
