Appellant, Johnny Carl McCoy, herein-after referred to as defendant, was convicted on December 10, 1975, upon a plea of guilty for the offense of Burglary in the Second Degree, in violation of 21 O.S. 1971, § 1435, Case No. CRF-75-3970.
