POLLACK, District Judge.
Petitioner, proceeding pro se, has removed to this Court a divorce action commenced by his wife in Supreme Court, Richmond County. For the reasons appearing hereafter, the case is remanded to state court pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1447(c).
