ROBERTS, Judge.

This is an appeal from a conviction for possession of heroin. After finding appellant guilty, the jury assessed punishment at twelve years.

Appellant contends (1) that the evidence is insufficient; (2) that the State's reputation questions at the punishment stage were improperly framed and erroneous; (3) that the trial judge should have disqualified himself; (4) that the State's chemist was not qualified to testify concerning...
