SCOTT, Justice.

This is an appeal from a denial of a juvenile's petition for a writ of habeas corpus. We affirm.

On January 31, 1975, a delinquency petition was filed in the Hennepin County District Court, Juvenile Division, alleging that Brian Allen Eagle had committed the offense of aggravated robbery.
