James Ware Gardiner, a resident of Connecticut, died in Nevada, on November 6, 1976. His niece, Katherine Garrison Brewer, was appointed administratrix of his Louisiana estate on December 6, 1976. The three executors named in Gardiner's will, Charlotte Tucker, Albert Krafcheck and Aaron R.
