Lake County Forest Preserve District (hereafter the plaintiff), appeals from a jury award made in a condemnation proceeding in which it sought to condemn the westerly 3.29 acres of a 10-acre tract owned by the defendants. The jury awarded the defendants $19,200 for the 3.29 acres taken and $20,400 as damages to the remainder. On appeal the plaintiff seeks a reversal of the award made...
