On July 6, 1975, the vessel M/T MESSINIAKI TOLMI, while mooring, struck Berth # 6, an island jetty owned by plaintiff Texaco Trinidad, Inc. and located at plaintiff's facility at Point-a-Pierre, Trinidad.
