Plaintiff in this diversity action, the Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, has petitioned this court for a declaratory judgment to the effect that it has no obligation to defend the estate of Clarence Houston Caviness in the actions instituted against that estate in the Circuit Court of the City of Roanoke.
