This civil action for declaratory and injunctive relief is before us on the plaintiff's appeal from an order entered after a hearing in the Superior Court denying the plaintiff's prayer for a permanent injunction.

In January of 1975 plaintiff was in possession of a 1972 Ford Thunderbird automobile registered to him in the state of Florida. According to his testimony, he had purchased this vehicle in August 1972 as a recovered...
