BRODKEY, Justice.

Steve Garland, defendant and appellant herein, was charged with two counts of burglary under section 28-532, R.R.S. 1943. Pursuant to a plea bargain, the second count was dismissed on motion of the State, and defendant pled guilty to the first count. Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment in the Penal and Correctional Complex for a term of 1 to 2 years. Defendant has appealed to this court, his sole assignment of error being that the sentence imposed...
