Plaintiff, a practicing physician, filed a complaint requesting the convening of a three-judge court and seeking therefrom injunctive relief and a declaratory judgment. It is alleged that Articles 91, 92 and 93 of the Penal Code of Puerto Rico, which deal with prohibitions related to the practice of abortion, are unconstitutional because they are in conflict with the Free Speech and Free Press clauses...
