This appeal concerns the existence and extent of an easement. Plaintiff sued Georgia Power Company. The trial court granted Georgia Power's motion for summary judgment finding that it had acquired an easement by prescription upon plaintiff's property. The court also granted Georgia Power's motion for summary judgment on its counterclaim in which it sought to enjoin the plaintiff from maintaining two gas pumps under the electric power lines.
