In separate counts of an action commenced by Apache Trailer Sales, Inc., against Vernie Jackson and his wife, Redman Industries, Inc., Skyline Corporation and United Housing of New Mexico, Apache alleged that Redman, Skyline and United had breached exclusive mobile home dealership agreements with Apache.
