Mark Brown, III, Jim Wesley Davis and Eddie Vee Akers were jointly tried and convicted by a jury of Robbing the First National Bank of Colbert, Oklahoma on March 28, 1973, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2113(a) and (d). Each was sentenced to imprisonment for a term of 25 years.
