In June, 1971, plaintiff, Union National Bank of Pittsburgh, financed the purchase of a mobile home by defendants, John D. Perkey and Theresa A. Perkey, his wife, for the sum of $8,049.24 under an installment sale contract. A first encumbrance in this amount was listed on the face of the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Title Certificate no. A22938822 for the mobile home.
