Gerard T. Ouimette is a multiple offender now incarcerated at the Adult Correctional Institutions. He applied to the Superior Court under the Post Conviction Remedy Act to compel the Department of Corrections to deduct from his most recent sentence 370 days of good conduct and industrial credit which the parties agree he earned while serving a prior sentence.
