OPINION BY PRESIDENT JUDGE BOWMAN, September 8, 1977:

This is an appeal and petition for allowance of appeal filed by the Forbes Neighborhood Association (appellant) from an amended order of the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County dated April 2, 1976. The order grants summary judgment in favor of the Sixth Presbyterian Church (appellee) and determines that Ordinance No. 2835 is a validly enacted ordinance of the City of Pittsburgh.
