This is an appeal by Harold A.J. Hauser and Jean M. Hauser from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Lehigh County which affirmed a decision of the Zoning Hearing Board (Board) of the Borough of Catasauqua denying in part their application to convert a pre-existing nonconforming use.
