The subject of this appeal is a juvenile court order transferring a 16 year-old juvenile to adult court for criminal prosecution. The initial transfer order received in this case was defective in that the juvenile court merely set forth the conclusory grounds contained in Rule 14(b) of the Rules of Procedure for the Juvenile Court and did not state the reasons for such conclusions.
