MYERS, P.J., February 22, 1977.
On September 16, 1977, prosecutrix in this matter filed a criminal complaint charging defendant with neglect to support a child born out of wedlock in violation of the Act of December 6, 1972, P.L. 1482, 18 C.P.S.A. §4323. Defendant then filed a motion to quash, in which he asserts that this court is without jurisdiction to hear the matter, and that he was not afforded a prompt trial, as required by Pa.R.Crim.P. 1100.
