This case is presently before this court for rulings on motions filed by the Government and the attorneys for a number of witnesses scheduled to appear before the Special Grand Jury for the Western District of Virginia. The Government has moved this court to disqualify two attorneys, Sol Z. Rosen and Joseph M. Whitehead, from representing nine witnesses scheduled to appear before the Grand Jury, which has been investigating...
