CAMERON, Chief Justice.

The defendant, Henry Mendez, was convicted in a jury trial and found guilty of possession of a narcotic drug in violation of A.R.S. § 36-1002. The defendants admitted a prior felony conviction. He was sentenced to a term of not less than ten nor more than eleven years at the Arizona State Prison. The Court of Appeals, Division One, affirmed. State v. Mendez, 15 Ariz. 371, 565 P.2d 877 (1976).
