The defendants appeal a judgment entered upon a jury verdict and from the trial court's denial of the motion for judgment n.o.v., or in the alternative, for a new trial. On May 11, 1973, plaintiff Bradley was involved in two automobile accidents and subsequently brought this action against the defendants Maurer to recover for damages incurred as a result of the second accident.
