Plaintiff brought three shareholder derivative suits in equity, respectively, on behalf of Pollard Motors, Pollard Leasing, and Pollard's L.L. & L., Inc. (LLL). In each suit, after alleging his shareholder status in each of the corporations, plaintiff requested an accounting.
