OPINION

THOMPSON, Justice:

On December 12, 1971, a fire occurred in apartment 140 at 1100 Dumont, Las Vegas. Central National Insurance Company had issued a policy covering the loss to the insureds LeRoy Corporation, Herbert Frey, Advance Construction Company and Maryland Gardens Company.
