This is a civil action brought pursuant to the Veterans' Reemployment Rights Act, 38 U.S.C. § 2021 et seq. Plaintiff seeks to recover loss of wages and benefits allegedly sustained as a result of defendant's refusal to reinstate him to his fulltime teaching position after his honorable discharge from the United States Air Force.
